ASMR | 肩もみ＆肩たたきマッサージ | no talking
This is Japanese traditional massage “Momihogushi,” stretching, and tapotement seated (non chair) style for stiff neck and shoulder ASMR no talking version.
Momihogushi is a Japanese common dry massage which includes Japanese shiatsu, anma, and Chinese tuina techniques.
Tapotement means tapping or percussion massage.
The stretching includes bit of Thai traditional massage techniques.
ASMRの座位でのもみほぐしマッサージです。あ床屋さんや美容室での肩もみを参考に、自分なりにアレンジしてみました。理容師・美容師さんにも観てもらえると嬉しいです。首と肩のもみほぐしと、肩甲骨はがし、ストレッチ、叩打法も組み合わせています。首こり、スマホ首、肩こりの方向けです。指圧、あん摩、整体、中国の推拿を合わせたようなもみほぐしマッサージに、ストレッチはタイ古式のテクニックも少し入れています。
