Hey guys today I tried one of the most incradible, insane, unique and intense massages in the world! This is called the chinese five elements massage and it became one of my favourite massage treatments ever! The grandmaster started the massage with feet washing, then we went to the massage room where he gave me a back neck shoulder massage, a head massage, hammer head massage, head guasha with wooden tools and he even did some neck cracking and arm cracking. After that he gave me a full body hammer massage, he used a rolling pin on my back and he also gave me a foot massage, arm massage, hand massage and back and neck massage. To concludo he did some tapping on my back and stretching! This was absolutely amazing!
